Maintenance Training on Fluid bed transfer system

The Syncrolift Academy provides OEM training on Syncrolift Fluid bed transfer systems. WE have spent years on developing and finetuning this wonderful piece of equipment - and we want you to be able to enjoy it for as long as possible. That takes some skill and knowledge on maintenance!

Objective:

Upon completion the trainees will have the knowledge and skills to effectively execute maintenance according to OEM procedures for the Syncrolift® Fluid Bed Transfer System.

Suitable for:

Novice and experienced Syncrolift® FBTS maintenance personnel.

Modules:

Module 1 – Introduction and Syncrolift activities
Module 2 – Fluid Bed Transfer System component description and basic explanations
Module 3 – Functional description of Transfer Trolleys, Trestles and Hydraulic Power Unit
Module 4 – Transfer Trolley maintenance (hydraulic cylinder, gear unit, motor)
Module 5 – Hydraulic Power Unit maintenance (gear unit, diesel engine, hydraulic / electrical)
Module 6 – Bilge Supports (if applicable)
Module 7 – Practical training sessions – maintenance of main components

Course info

Most training courses offered can be tailored to your specific needs. We want this to be of maximum benefit for your shipyard operations, so please inform us about what you think you and your crew needs most training on.

Number of trainees

Syncrolift recommend maximum 8-10 trainees per course. If a significantly higher number of trainees are needed, Syncrolift recommend dividing the course into two or more consecutive sessions.

Number of trainees for remote or online training can be agreed upon before course start.

Durations

All course durations are based on 7 hours days, with 1 hour lunch per day, and working week Monday-Friday.

Resources

Necessary training material for the specific training courses will be provided upon course start.

For courses delivered at Customer premises, the Customer shall provide the proper facilities for the course execution. This includes proper airconditioned classroom, seating, overhead and projector.
