Periodical Service Maintenance by OEM certified technicians

Together we arrange agreed service levels to suit your operation and your needs for operational uptime. We have the flexibility to service maintenence weekly, annually, daily, quarterly or at any interval your shipyard needs.

Our supervisors can assist and guide the site crew to perform greasing, cleaning, repainting, following strictly Syncrolift Maintenance and Operation manuals and instructions.

Inspections and NDT

All shiplifts and transfer systems has to have, as a minimum, a yearly inspection including NDT (non destruktive testing) of wire ropes.

The comprehensive report following the inspection will give you all the state of condition on the Syncrolift® and also recommendations for rectifying areas of concern.

Our Site Supervisors will inspect the shiplift and transfer system and issue OEM Certificate of Conformity together with the report

Condition Based Maintenance
